All poses and sequences can be adapted to different levels of practice and different physical abilities. If you have any concerns regarding your ability to practice yoga, consult with your doctor and book a free initial consultation with Sofie Charron, RP to discuss how the practice can be adapted to your needs.

Most extended benefits providers cover the costs of group psychotherapy. If you're not sure, reach out to your benefits provider to confirm they will reimburse group psychotherapy services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist.
